Where to redeem

In the service the code was issued for, on an account from the country shown next to the denomination. Changing the country in settings often isn't enough: the service checks more than that. Check your account's region before you buy.

When it arrives

Usually within a couple of minutes of payment. The code stays in your orders for good.

If something goes wrong

If the order doesn't go through, your money returns to your balance automatically. An issued code can't be returned, even if it doesn't match your account's country: once you've seen a code, it can be used. If the code doesn't work, we can only review it from a video of the activation, so start a screen recording before you open the code.
