How it works
A shop for digital goods, PlayStation game rentals, and the Market, where players buy seats in a game together. All three share one balance. Below: how an order works and how access works without sharing a password.
How the Shop works
Digital goods: Steam games as gifts, vouchers and subscriptions, in-game currency, and eSIMs. You pay in rubles from the same balance you use for rentals.
01
Pick an item
Games, subscriptions, console top-ups, gift cards, and eSIMs, sorted by section. Prices are in rubles.
02
Pay from your balance
Add funds by SBP, card, or crypto. We charge your balance when you order, and if the order doesn't go through, the money returns to your balance automatically.
03
Get your purchase
Games arrive as a gift from our Steam bot. Codes and QRs appear on the order page. It usually takes a couple of minutes.
How each type of product is delivered
- Steam games as gifts: The game arrives as a gift on your Steam account. Our bot sends it, usually within a couple of minutes of payment.
- Codes: subscriptions, gift cards, top-ups: After you pay, your top-up or subscription code appears on the order page in your account, usually within a couple of minutes.
- In-game currency: We credit the currency straight to your game account, using the details you enter at checkout. It usually takes a couple of minutes.
- Steam top-up: The money goes to the Steam Wallet of the account whose login you enter. We check the login before you pay.
- eSIM: The QR code for installing your eSIM appears on the order page. It's usually ready a couple of minutes after payment.
You pay from your impMarket balance. Adding funds by card usually takes a minute. If an order can't be completed, the money returns to your balance by itself. Open the Shop.
How renting works
You rent a seat on a PSN account that already has the game. We don't give you a login or password: the console signs in with a one-time code that you see on its screen.
01
Pick a game and a length
The rent section shows which games have open seats right now. Rent for any length from 7 days to a year; the price is per day.
02
Pay from your balance
Add funds by SBP, card, or crypto. The money comes off your balance at checkout, and the seat is yours right away.
03
Enter the console code
On your console, choose "Add User" → "Sign In" and a 6-digit code appears on the screen. Enter it in your account, and the console signs in by itself.
04
Play for the whole rental
The game downloads from the account's library. When the rental ends, we close access ourselves, and you don't need to do anything.
How the Market works
On the Market, several players buy a PSN account with a game together, and each gets a seat on it for good, not for a set time like a rental. Signing in on your console works the same way: a one-time code, and we never share the password.
01
Take a seat in a game
A PSN account has several seats, and they differ: some play from your profile, others from the account's profile. Each seat has its own price and no end date.
02
Wait for the others
The money comes off your balance right away, and we hold it. When every required seat is paid for, the group buy closes. If it doesn't fill in time, we refund everyone.
03
We buy the game
We set up the PSN account, add funds to it, and buy the game. We set up PSN accounts daily from 10:00 to 18:00 Moscow time. When it's ready, the code form appears in your account.
04
Play with no end date
Enter the 6-digit code from your console screen and it signs in by itself. The seat stays yours: there's nothing to renew and no countdown.
What happens to your money if you change your mind
Until we buy the game — you can give up the seat with a button in your account and get a full refund. The seat goes back to the group buy.
After we buy the game — the law lets you give up the seat then too, but we keep our actual costs: the game is already bought and can't be returned to the platform. Message us in your seat's thread and we'll return the rest to your balance.
If the group buy doesn't fill in time, it's canceled by itself and we refund everyone in full. You don't need to do anything.
If the platform blocks the account — access ends, and we can't always restore it. PlayStation's rules don't provide for sharing an account, and that's the main risk of a group buy. We have no separate compensation for this case: that's more honest than promising something we won't deliver.
If you want to sell your seat
You can sell a seat you bought to another player at your own price, with the "Sell seat" button on the seat page in your account. Until it's bought, the seat is yours and it works, and you can take the listing down at any time.
The price can't be lower than 25% of the seat's original price or lower than 200 ₽. The form shows the exact minimum.
Our fee is 100 ₽ per sale. The rest goes to your balance, and the form shows the amount before you list the seat.
The money for a sold seat goes to your balance. You can spend it on the site, but you can't withdraw it.
When a seat is bought, we change the PSN account password so the seller's console is signed out. The other players on that account will need to sign in again with a code; their seats stay theirs. We change a PSN account's password only between 05:00 and 09:00 Moscow time, and no more than once every 6 hours. Deals made in that time are closed with a single change, so the buyer's sign-in is sometimes put off until morning. The buyer sees the time before paying.
You can buy a seat from another player on the "Seats from players" page. We tell you when you can sign in before you pay, and the game on that account is already bought.
The seller and the buyer don't see each other: we run the deal, and for any question about a seat you bought, come to us. You can't sell a seat or access to it outside the service: a seat changes hands only by a purchase here, and we don't recognize an arrangement made on the side.
You can't give up a seat bought from a player with a button, because the game on the account is already bought. If you need a refund, message us from the seat page: the seller set the price, so we'll work out the amount from your request and tell you before we refund.
What we don't promise
A seat lasts as long as the account exists. It isn't ownership of the game: moving it to your own account is technically impossible, just as with rentals.
The account password sometimes changes: for example, when access is taken away from one of the other players on the account, when one of them sells their seat, or when a new player buys a freed-up seat. Then your console is signed out, and we'll ask you in your account to enter a code again. The seat stays yours.
If someone gave up a seat after we bought the game, we don't change the password right away, so we don't sign everyone else out for nothing. Their console is signed out when the next player buys the seat. We tell that player when they can sign in before they pay.
Why we don't give out the password
An account password opens its whole library and other people's purchases. Instead, we confirm that your console signs in with a code: you get the game, and the account stays protected.
There's a flip side: a rental is tied to the console where you entered the code. To play on another one, you'll need a new code.
What we need from you
- A PS4 or PS5 console with an internet connection.
- Free storage space for the game: it downloads in full.
- A few minutes: the code on the console screen lasts 5 minutes, then you need a new one.
Limits of our responsibility
We're responsible for the seat being free, access being granted, and access lasting for the whole paid period. If we can't grant access, we return the money to your balance.
The PSN account stays ours: you can't change its password, link your payment details to it, buy games with it, or change its settings. Your game progress is saved in the account's cloud, and after the rental ends you can't get to it.
Games bought on a rented account stay on it: moving them to your own account is technically impossible.
Don't change the password of a rented account. A change signs everyone out of it, including you, and the rental breaks: you can't restore it without us.
Console sharing
The "Your profile" option works through console sharing: when you sign in, the console asks about it, so choose "Don't Disable". Console sharing takes up one seat on the account and holds it until you turn it off on your own console. Changing the account password doesn't release it.
Turn console sharing off before the rental ends, while you're still signed in to the account: once it ends, the console is signed out and you can no longer turn it off. On PS5, open "Settings → Users and Accounts → Other → Console Sharing and Offline Play" and choose "Disable". On PS4, open "Settings → Account Management → Activate as Your Primary PS4" and choose "Deactivate". The path is also on your rental page and in our emails.
When the rental ends, remove our PSN account from your console: on PS5, "Settings → Users and Accounts → Users", the trash icon next to our account; on PS4, "Settings → Login Settings → User Management → Delete User". If you use our profile, do the same, and before the rental ends, check under it that console sharing is off.
With our profile, console sharing isn't turned on at all, and you play on a PS5: a PS4 becomes the primary console by itself when it signs in to the account, and takes another player's seat. If a console keeps holding a seat after the rental ends, or took one under an option without console sharing, we:
- once a day, we charge one day's rental price to your balance, up to seven times and only if your balance covers it. We never take it below zero;
- after a day, we close purchases on the site: rentals, extensions, and seats on the Market;
- after a week, we unlink the console from the PSN account ourselves, through Sony.
As soon as the console releases the seat, we'll see it: the charges stop and purchases reopen by themselves. Your account shows what's happening and how much was charged. Sony may block a console at its own discretion; we'll report the violation.
A "Your profile" seat on the Market is held by console sharing the same way, but for good. If you decide to sell the seat, turn console sharing off after it's bought: you'll have a day.
Risk to your personal account
PlayStation Network's rules don't provide for renting accounts. If your personal PSN account is also used on the console, the platform may treat it as account sharing and apply penalties to it, up to a ban that takes your purchases with it.
This matters most for the "Your profile" option: you play from your own profile, so your account is directly involved in the rental. If you play from the account we give you, your personal account isn't involved in the rental at all.
The bans we know of involve people swapping accounts with each other; we don't know of any bans of customers of rental services. But we can't guarantee it won't happen, and the decision is yours.
Common questions
- The code didn't work. What now?
- It has probably expired: a code on the console lasts 5 minutes. Get a new one on the same console page and enter it again.
- Can I extend a rental?
- Yes, your rental page in your account has "Extend rental". An extension is priced at the seat's current price.
- What happens when the rental ends?
- We close access ourselves, and the game stops launching. Remove our account from your console; you can delete the downloaded game too.
- The game is taken. What now?
- At the bottom of the game page, there's a "Similar games to rent" row: games of the same genre, then others that are open right now.
