Public offer

Version 5.2 · effective 11 October 2026

This document sets out the terms on which the impMarket service sells digital goods in the Shop and provides temporary access to game accounts with games (currently PlayStation). By placing an order or a rental, you accept these terms.

1Subject matter

The Contractor sells digital goods to the Customer: activation codes and keys, top-ups of game balances and subscriptions, in-game currency, Steam gifts, eSIMs. The composition and the delivery terms of each kind are described in clause 9.

The Contractor also provides the Customer with temporary access to a game account (currently PlayStation) with a purchased game for the selected period. Access is granted by confirming the sign-in of a specific console with a one-time code.

The Contractor also provides the Customer with access to a game account with a purchased game without a time limit (a “seat”). Such an account is purchased with the funds of several Customers, each of whom receives a seat on it. The terms are described in clause 12.

The login and password of the account are not handed over to the Customer. The account remains in the Contractor’s possession.

The Contractor acts in its own name and is a party to the contract with the Customer, not an intermediary between the Customer and third parties.

2Price and payment

The price of a digital good is stated per item and is shown in roubles before the order is confirmed. The price may depend on exchange rates and on the supplier’s terms and may change before the order is placed; for a placed order, the price shown at the moment of confirmation applies.

The price of a rental is calculated per day and multiplied by the selected period. The total is shown before the order is confirmed. A change in price applies only to future rentals: the price of a rental already placed is not recalculated.

Payment is made from the internal balance. The balance is topped up through a payment system; funds are credited after the payment is confirmed.

The charge for a purchase in the Shop is made at the moment the order is placed. The charge for a rental is made at the moment it is placed, at the same time as a free seat is reserved for the Customer.

3Granting access

After payment, the Customer enters in the account area the 6-digit code shown on the screen of their console. The code is valid for 5 minutes; once it expires, a new one must be obtained.

Access is considered granted from the moment the console sign-in is successfully confirmed. The rental period is counted from that moment.

The Contractor is ready to grant access immediately after payment; the moment of granting is determined by the Customer, who enters the code from their console. Until the code is entered, the paid seat is reserved for the Customer and is not sold to anyone else. The rental period starts when the code is entered, but no later than 24 hours after payment (clause 15).

4Customer’s obligations

The Customer undertakes not to change the account password or settings, not to link payment methods to it, not to make purchases from it and not to pass access to third parties.

A change of the account password terminates the access of all renters of that account and is grounds for terminating the rental without a refund.

5Risk to the Customer’s personal account

The rules of PlayStation Network do not provide for renting accounts. The platform may regard signing in on a console on which the Customer’s personal account is used as shared use and apply sanctions to that personal account, up to a permanent ban together with the games purchased on it.

In the rental option where the Customer plays from their own account, that account is directly involved in the rental. The risk of sanctions against it is higher in this case than when playing from the rented account.

The known cases of bans relate to people swapping accounts with each other. The Contractor is not aware of any cases of customers of rental services being banned, but it cannot rule out such a possibility and gives no guarantees in this respect.

The Customer accepts this risk at their own responsibility. The Contractor does not compensate damage connected with the platform’s sanctions against the Customer’s personal account.

6End of the rental

When the paid period expires, access is revoked automatically. Games installed on the console stop launching.

Game progress is saved in the cloud of the rented account and is not available to the Customer after the rental ends. Transferring progress or purchased content to the Customer’s personal account is technically impossible.

7Contractor’s liability

The Contractor is responsible for the availability of the paid seat during the rental period. If access could not be granted for reasons on the Contractor’s side, the funds are returned to the Customer’s internal balance.

The Contractor is not responsible for outages on the side of the game platform (for example, PlayStation Network), for the lack of internet access on the Customer’s side, or for the Customer’s own actions that violate section 4.

8Customer’s age

The service is used by persons who have reached the age of 18. By registering, the Customer confirms that they have reached this age.

Games have age ratings set by their publishers. The Contractor does not control who actually plays on the Customer’s console; the Customer is responsible for this.

9Purchases in the digital goods Shop

In addition to rentals, the service sells digital goods: top-up codes and cards, Steam gifts, in-game currency, eSIMs and Steam wallet top-ups. The price is shown before the order is confirmed and is charged to the internal balance at the moment the order is placed.

The order is fulfilled automatically. The result — a code, eSIM data, a top-up or a sent gift — appears on the order page in the account area. If the order could not be fulfilled, its price is returned to the internal balance automatically.

Codes and QR codes are single-use: a code or QR code that has been shown can be used, so a claim about a non-working code or QR code is considered only if there is a video recording of the first activation — one continuous recording, without cuts, started before the code is opened and showing the order page, the code itself and the service’s response. The time the code or QR code is first opened is recorded by the service. The procedure is described in the refund policy.

Top-ups and in-game currency are credited to the details given by the Customer when placing the order (login, game account ID, profile link). The Customer is responsible for their accuracy: crediting to the details correctly given by the Customer is considered fulfilment of the order.

A Steam gift is sent to the Customer’s Steam account and requires acceptance: under Steam’s rules the recipient has thirty days to accept or decline it. A gift that is declined or not accepted within that period is returned not to the Contractor but to the sender’s service account, so no automatic refund to the internal balance takes place for it. This does not deprive the Customer of the right to cancel the service: the procedure is described in the refund policy.

The region of the Customer’s account must match the region of the edition being purchased; if it does not, the order is not fulfilled and the money is returned. Steam restricts sending gifts between mismatched store regions, and the Contractor cannot lift these restrictions.

The rules of the Steam platform regarding gifts are set by its operator, and the Contractor has no influence over them: the platform may change the terms and conditions of accepting a gift unilaterally.

11Contractor’s details

Ways to get in touch and working hours are on the contacts page.

12Seats on a shared account (Market)

In addition to rentals for a fixed period, the Contractor provides access to an account with a game without a time limit. Several Customers pay for such an account by pooling their money: each pays for their own seat, and the Contractor uses the funds collected to purchase the account and the game and to set up access. The Contractor acts in its own name and remains a party to the contract with each Customer.

The price of a seat and the composition of the seats on the account are shown before the order is confirmed and are charged to the internal balance at the moment the order is placed. The number of seats on one account is limited, and it is determined by the rules of the platform, not by the Customer’s choice.

A group buy is considered completed when all the required seats are paid for. Until then, the Contractor does not purchase the account, and the Customers’ funds are held on their internal balances as payment for a future service.

The deadline of the group buy is stated on the game page. If the required seats are not paid for within that period, or the purchase turns out to be impossible, the group buy is canceled and the price of the seats is returned to all participants in full, without any request from them.

Access is granted in the same way as for a rental: by confirming the sign-in of a specific console with a one-time code. The login and password of the account are not handed over to the Customer, and the account remains in the Contractor’s possession.

The seat is provided without a time limit: it is reserved for the Customer and does not end when time passes. “No time limit” means that the seat itself has no term; it is not a promise that the account or the service will exist forever.

The Customer may give up the seat at any time. While the game has not been purchased, giving it up is done in the account area, and the price of the seat is returned in full. After the Contractor has begun the purchase, giving it up is done through support: under Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Law (Law No. 2300-1), the price of the seat is returned less the costs actually incurred that are attributable to that seat. The calculation procedure is described in the refund policy.

Changing the account password is the only available way to close access to the account, and it terminates the access of all Customers of that account at the same time. The Contractor resorts to it when the account needs to be protected and informs the Customers about it; access is restored by confirming the sign-in again with a one-time code, and the seat remains with the Customer.

When a seat is given up after the game has been purchased, the Customer’s right to access ends from the moment of giving it up, and the account password is not changed at that moment, so as not to end access for the other Customers. The console of a Customer who has given up a seat may remain in the account until the seat is transferred to a new Customer; on such a transfer the Contractor changes the password, and the time from which the new Customer will be able to sign in on their console is shown to them before payment.

The rules of the PlayStation platform are set by its operator, and the Contractor has no influence over them. Sharing an account is not provided for by its rules, and the platform operator may restrict or block the account. If this happens, providing access becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond the Contractor’s control. The Contractor takes reasonable measures to restore access but cannot guarantee that it will be restored and does not offer compensation in such a case beyond the liability established by law.

The risk connected with the Customer’s personal account when playing from their own profile is described in clause 5 and applies equally to seats of that kind.

13Reselling a seat to another Customer (Market)

A Customer to whom a seat on a shared account is assigned may offer it to another Customer through the service at their own price (post a listing). The price cannot be lower than the minimum shown when the listing is posted. Until the seat is bought, it remains with the Customer and access to it is kept; the listing can be taken down at any moment before it is bought.

The buyer pays the listing price from the internal balance. Exactly the amount shown before confirmation is charged: if the price has changed by then, the purchase is not made. The Contractor remains the party to the contract with both the seller and the buyer; the seller and the buyer are not known to each other, and the buyer directs any claims connected with the purchased seat to the Contractor.

The seller is credited the price less the Contractor’s fee. The amount of the fee and the amount to be credited are shown before the listing is posted. The funds are credited to the seller’s internal balance at the moment of purchase and may be used to pay for goods and services of the service; withdrawal of funds from the balance is not provided for.

A seat passes to another Customer only by a purchase through the service. The Customer may not pass access to a seat, offer a seat or accept payment for it outside the service: such an arrangement does not transfer the seat, and the Contractor does not recognise it. In case of a violation, the Contractor may take down the listing, change the account password in the manner provided in clause 12 and withdraw the seat in the manner provided in clause 14.

From the moment of purchase, the seat is assigned to the buyer and the seller’s access ends. If the console of the seller or of the former holder of the seat who gave it up under clause 12 could have remained in the account, the Contractor changes its password. A password change ends the access of all consoles of that account, so the other Customers will need to confirm their sign-in again with a one-time code; their seats remain with them. The outcome of the password change does not cancel the purchase that has taken place.

Password changes of one account are made during the hours set by the Contractor and no more often than the interval set by the Contractor, and where the account’s access key needs to be renewed, within a day. For this reason, the time from which the buyer will be able to sign in on their console is shown before payment.

The game on the account has already been purchased by the time of resale, so giving up a purchased seat is not done in the account area. The buyer may cancel the seat under Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Law (Law No. 2300-1) by contacting support. The price of such a seat was set by the seller, so the calculation procedure established by clause 12 for giving up after the game has been purchased does not apply to it: the Contractor tells the buyer, on their request and before the refund is made, the calculation of the amount to be returned, stating the costs on which it is based.

The Contractor takes down the listing if the seat has stopped being available for transfer (including when the seat is given up, withdrawn under clause 14, reassigned by the Contractor, the account is taken out of circulation, the seller’s account is restricted or the seller’s access to the section is terminated), and informs the seller about it.

The terms of clause 12 on the rules of the platform and on the restriction or blocking of the account by its operator apply equally to a seat obtained by resale.

14Withdrawal of a seat for violating the rules of use

If the Customer violates the rules of use of the seat, including by passing access to the account to third parties or passing the seat outside the service (clause 13), the Contractor may withdraw the seat: end the seat’s assignment to the Customer and return it to sale. The Contractor informs the Customer of the withdrawal by email.

On withdrawal, the Customer is returned what was paid for the seat less the costs actually incurred by the Contractor, in the manner established by clause 12 for giving up after the game has been purchased. The amount is credited to the Customer’s internal balance at the moment of withdrawal and is stated in the email and on the seat page.

If the Customer’s console could have remained in the account, the Contractor changes the account password on withdrawal, without waiting for the seat to be transferred to another Customer. The other Customers will need to confirm their sign-in again with a one-time code; their seats remain with them.

A seat obtained by resale is not withdrawn under this clause: the calculation of clause 12 does not apply to it (clause 13). In case of a violation of the rules of use of such a seat, the Contractor may change the account password, and a dispute about the seat and the calculation of the amount to be returned are considered on request, with the amount communicated before the refund is made.

A Customer who disagrees with the withdrawal may contact the Contractor. This does not limit their right to protection in the manner established by law.

15Rental period and its start

A rental is placed for a period of not less than 7 days and not more than one year. The period is selected when the order is placed, and its price is shown before the order is confirmed.

The rental period starts from the moment the Customer has entered the code from their console and access has been granted. If the code is not entered within 24 hours after payment, the period starts by itself when those 24 hours expire: the seat is reserved for the Customer and is not sold to anyone else, so the wait cannot last indefinitely. The Contractor reminds the Customer of this by email before the period starts.

After the period has started, the console code is still accepted until the period ends. The end of the period does not depend on the moment the code is entered.

16Console sharing when playing from one’s own account

In the rental option where the Customer plays from their own account, console sharing for the rented account is turned on on their console (“primary console” on PS4). It occupies one of the seats of the rented account and holds it until the Customer turns console sharing off on their own console themselves; changing the account password does not end this. In the option where the game is played under the rented account, console sharing is not turned on, and the Customer plays on a PS5 console: a PS4 console, when it signs in to the account, becomes the primary console by itself and occupies a seat, so signing in from it in this option is treated as turning on console sharing.

Before the rental ends, the Customer must turn console sharing off on their console, and when it ends, remove the rented account from their console. In the option where the game is played under the rented account, the Customer checks before the rental ends that console sharing is off on the console, and also removes the account from the console when it ends. The Contractor gives the procedure on the rental page and in emails. The obligation to turn console sharing off also applies when it has been turned on in a rental option where it is not provided for.

The Contractor checks the list of the account’s consoles. If the Customer’s console holds a seat after the rental has ended, or in the option without console sharing, the Contractor notifies the Customer by email and in the account area, and then:

  • for each day of holding, but no more than seven times, the Customer pays a fee for continued use of the seat in the amount of the price of a day of renting this game from one’s own account on this account (if there is no such option, the price of a day of rental); the fee is charged to the internal balance and only up to its remaining amount — no debt arises;
  • after a day of holding has passed, the Contractor does not accept from the Customer new orders for rentals, extensions and seats on shared accounts until the seat is freed; a console that holds a seat is not served when it connects by console sharing to another account of the Contractor — such a rental is canceled with a refund of the full price;
  • after seven days of holding have passed, the Contractor frees the seat itself: it disconnects all consoles of the account by the platform’s means or contacts the platform’s support, stating that the console holds the seat without the right to do so. The decision on measures regarding the console is made by the platform; the Contractor has no influence over it.

As soon as the console stops holding the seat, the fee is no longer charged and orders are accepted again, without the Customer having to make a request. If the Customer believes that the seat was freed earlier, they may contact the Contractor: the fee for the days when the seat was not held is returned.

The fee and the refusal of orders apply to rentals placed after this version enters into force. They do not apply to rentals placed earlier or to seats on a shared account (clause 12): the seat is freed in the manner of the last item of the list, and the seller of a seat is also affected by clause 17.

17Reselling a seat from one’s own account (Market)

A seat on a shared account where the Customer plays from their own account holds console sharing on the seller’s console. For this reason, the following special terms apply to the resale of such a seat (clause 13), and to that extent they replace the terms of clause 13.

After the purchase, the seller must turn console sharing off on their console within a day; the Contractor gives the procedure on the seat page and in the email. Until then, the seat remains with the seller, and the buyer’s money has been charged and awaits the outcome of the deal.

When the check of the list of consoles shows that the seller’s console has released the seat, the seat is assigned to the buyer, and the seller is credited the price less the Contractor’s fee in the manner of clause 13. The time from which the buyer will be able to sign in on their console is shown before payment.

If the seat has not been freed within a day, the purchase is canceled and its price is returned to the buyer’s internal balance in full. If, in that case, the check saw the seller’s console holding the seat, the seller may not list seats for sale for seven days. If the platform did not respond to the check, the purchase is canceled without this restriction.

If the seller turns console sharing on again for this account after the deal is completed, the Contractor frees the seat in the manner of clause 16, and the seller may not list seats for sale for seven days.

18Payment by third parties

The service is intended for orders for the Customer’s personal purposes. The Customer may not pass to other persons a payment link or QR code generated by the service, accept payment from other persons through them, or systematically resell the balance, top-ups and other services of the service. Topping up a friend’s Steam at their request is allowed: the prohibition concerns payment with other people’s money and trading in the services of the service.

The Contractor may check, before fulfilment, an order to top up a Steam account that the Customer has not topped up before. Until the Contractor decides, the order is not fulfilled. If the Contractor refuses to fulfil it, the price of the order is returned in full to the internal balance.

If a bank or payment system informs the Contractor that a payment for a balance top-up was made without the payer’s consent or as a result of fraud, and also on signs of a violation of the first paragraph, the Contractor may suspend access to the Customer’s account until the check is completed. The amount that the bank returns to the payer as a result of the check is written off by the Contractor from the Customer’s internal balance, up to its remaining amount. The remainder is available to the Customer after the check is completed.
