Requests are handled from 10:00 to 18:00 Moscow time, on weekdays. A message that arrives at a weekend or at night will be taken up on the next working day.

The service itself works around the clock: you can place a rental, enter a console code and extend the period at any time - no staff involvement is needed for that.
